Profile: One of the greatest signings in club history. The major contributor behind the scenes in recent years who spends hours each week ensuring that others enjoy their game of football. A great athlete, whose power and pace have saved the Green and Black many a time, normally the Reserves. Another who displays a great attitude every time he pulls on the Green and Black shirt, no one deserved a Combination Cup Winner medal in 2008 than Parky when he came on as a late substitute for the 1st team.
Manager's comments (2009-10): “If he was Brazilian he would be called Cafu. A real Powerhouse (and that’s not a reference to his choice of night clubs) who is always prepared to give that extra 10% on a Saturday. Has been mentioned by the lads that he’s on a one man mission to claim Player of the Year again. I wouldn’t like to be the one that gets in his way. Will play until he’s 50.”
