GARNETT WED B TEAM REPORT
Wed 22th October 2003 Garnett B 2 (0) vs. (0) 3 Bayswater United

As your intrepid reporter was not at this match, and there is no sign of that scoundrel Perry's report, I have got my well known psychic friend Mystic Eproht to analyse how he thinks the game went:

"It will be 0-0 at half time as I foresee it, with no chances for Bayswater and quite a few for the B's in the first half. Unfortunately the shooting boots will not be on..

"In the second half, missing the inspirational Thorpe, Garnett will concede 3 goals in the only 3 chances of the game for Bayswater. Although the always-excellent Moore shall get 2 back to make it 2-2, straight from the kick off Bayswater will score immediately, something the immensely talented Thorpe would have never let happen. So Garnett B will crash out of the cup, and a disappointed and slightly frightened Bs will trudge off the pitch to call their marvellous manager and tell him the shocking news. Thorpe will have proved that he is no one-trick-pony with a stunning commanding performance as goalkeeper in the C's match, and the B's will surely beg him never to leave them again."

So wise words indeed from Mystic Eproht. Here are some more predictions made at the time which did indeed come to light:

"Anderson will show stout heart and true mind as he headbutts someone for daring to say hello.."
"A change will be made that means someone other than their mother will be able to tell the Brydons apart.."
"A chance encounter in a night club means that Penn won't be going home alone.. But will wish he did in the morning!"
"Simms will frighten off potential girlfriends with a drastic change of look.."
"Fake promises will be made, and but 4 Garnett players will turn up at Thorpe's house party...."
