GARNETT RESERVES MATCH REPORT
Saturday 20th March 2004 Garnett Bohemian 0 (0) vs.(1) 4 Winlaton Vulcan Inn

The Reserves crashed out to Champions elect Winlaton in the Cup Quarter Finals in a wind ruined game.

Overall the Reserves competed well and passed the ball with confidence against an excellent Winlaton side but once again a failure to convert pressure into chances cost them dear. Winlaton showed why they are the best team in the league with clinical finishing when the opportunity arose and always looked threatening on the break but the Reserves should not be too disheartened by this performance as if they can pass the ball as well in their last four games safety should be achieved. Skilful freshers Nico Heslop and Dave Mullan put in impressive shifts which bode well for the future and Rich Turner put in a brave performance on the left.

Thanks to Trigger for marking the pitch and cleaning up afterwards.

The referee was excellent, the best we have had this year despite awarding apenalty aginst us. (I'm not just putting that in for you Tony!)
